DJI Care Enterprise has two variants. DJI Care Enterprise basic and DJI Care Enterprise Plus. The table below describes the differences between the two options.

DJI Care Enterprise Renew

DJI Care Enterprise Renew protection plans allow you to extend DJI Care Enterprise service for your DJI Enterprise products. If you purchased DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew, unlimited replacements or free repair services within the coverage amount are offered for product damage to your product for one year. If you purchased DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew, 1 low-cost replacement is offered if damage occurs to your product within one year and extends the product's official warranty period by 12 months.
