DroneLand Repair Service

Is your drone broken or malfunctioning? No problem! DroneLand repairs drones quickly and expertly. Our team specializes in drone repairs and drone-related products. DroneLand is specially authorized by DJI to perform repairs on DJI drones or accessories. This means that the manufacturer's warranty is retained once we have opened your drone for repair. This includes all DJI Mavic, Phantom, Inspire, Matrice, Spark, Ronin and Osmo models, among others.

Report Repair

DroneLand performs a wide variety of repairs. First, report your repair using the form below.
You have the choice of bringing in your drone or peripherals or sending it in. We will only take in the Drone + Remote. Please keep in mind that you send us as few additional accessories as possible, think of propellers, batteries, micro SD in the camera etc.

Water damage

Appliances with any form of water damage unfortunately we can NOT process. Water damage in electronics unfortunately means that it can no longer be considered reliable. The only option would be to replace all electronic parts. In practice, this means that a water-damaged device is automatically totaled, as the cost of this is higher than buying a new device. If you do report/send us an appliance with water damage, we will find out during the examination and return the appliance unrepaired at an examination cost.

DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh repairs we are NOT able to handle, you must report these directly through the DJI website.

 

Application procedure

1. Report your repair using the form below. You will then automatically receive a ticket number at the email address you entered.
2. You can then send or drop off the repair with the ticket number. See address below.
   You will receive an email confirming collection.
3. DroneLand will extensively examine your drone or other product.
4. Once our team has found the problem or defect, our certified technician will send you a quote with accompanying information.
   The quote requires an account on our website.
5. If you do not yet have an account with DroneLand, create account here.
6. Once you agree to the quote, DroneLand gets to work on the repair and we'll get your drone or other product back in excellent condition quickly.
7. We will then send the drone or other product back to you. Pickup is of course also possible.

 

 

Send device for repair

You can choose to mail your drone or video equipment to us or drop it by our service point in person. If you send the drone or video equipment by mail, please follow the steps below:

1. If you do not yet have an account with DroneLand, create account here.
2. Report your repair using the form above
3. You will then receive an automated email from us containing a ticket number. This is your unique ticket number for your drone and/or video device. Please keep this ticket number safe!
4. Please include the ticket number in/on the shipment of your drone. This may be on the box itself or on a piece of paper with your drone. This will allow the technicians to know what the repair is about and get started right away.

Examination costs These costs will be settled if the repair is performed by DroneLand.	€47.50 incl. VAT
Repair hourly rate This does not include any parts required for repair.	€85.00 incl. VAT
Extra: Getting your drone ready to fly If desired, DroneLand will ensure that the new firmware is on your drone and that your mobile device and remote control are connected again.	€42.50 incl. VAT

Should DJI wish to repair/replace your component(s) to be repaired under warranty, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible.(If the device was not purchased from us we will charge a 47.50 examination/handling fee)
